SMS Alert Program — Proof of Consent

Program description

ExoPriors operates the Scry research infrastructure at scry.io. This SMS program sends operational availability alerts only — for example, notice that a production service is down or has recovered — to ExoPriors operators and staff who have explicitly requested them. No marketing, promotional, or consumer-facing messages are sent through this program.

How consent is collected

Recipients are ExoPriors operators. Each recipient opts in by providing their mobile number in writing to ExoPriors operations ([email protected]) with an explicit request to receive operational alert SMS. The number is then added to the alerting configuration by the operations owner. Consent is recorded with the written request. Numbers are never purchased, imported from third parties, or enrolled without an explicit written request from the recipient.

Consent statement each recipient agrees to: "I agree to receive operational availability alert text messages from ExoPriors (Scry) at the mobile number I have provided. Message frequency varies with incidents. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."

Message frequency varies with operational incidents — typically a few messages per month, with at most a few messages per incident. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out and help

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact [email protected]. Opt-out requests are honored immediately by removal from the alerting configuration.

Privacy

Phone numbers collected for this program are used solely to deliver operational alerts. They are not shared with, sold to, or made accessible to third parties for marketing or any other purpose. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
